ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Educational Qualification: 10+2 in science stream
2. The minimum age for admission is 17 years as on before 31st December of the years in which admission is sought.

SeIf-attested photo copies of the documents are required to be enclosed with the application:
1. Proof of Indian Nationality certificate/PRC
2. Admit card of HSLC/Age Proof
3. Mark sheet of HSLC Examination
4. Pass certificate of HSLC Examination.
5. Mark sheet of HS Examination
6. Pass certificate of HS Examination
7. Medical Fitness Certificate
8. Passport photo (6 nos.)
GNM NURSING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Minimum education eligibility criteria for admission to GNM Nursing:
1. 10+2 any stream
2. Registered ANM with pass mark.
3. Admission of students shall be once in a year.
4. Students shall be medically fit.
5. Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31st December of that year). The upper ag limit is 35 years for GNM.
6. 5% of total marks relaxed for SC/ST candidate.
